Overview

Gayadeed is a Trust Service Provider. It provides a web platform for digital deed management with electronic signature.

It allows organisers (professional firms and companies) to create deeds, invite guests, and collect advanced electronic signatures (AES) in a fully digital manner.

Quick start summary

1. Purchase credits at gayadeed.it - your account is created automatically

2. Log in with the credentials sent to your email at app.gayadeed.it

3. Create a folder (dossier) to organize your deeds (if you have not done so before)

4. Add guests who will receive email invitations to sign

5. Create a deed, upload your PDF

6. Add signature points on the document for each guest

7. Guests verify their identity and sign

8. Download your signed documents

Product Features

Credit-based users

Signature type: AES (Advanced Electronic Signature)

Gayadeed uses Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) for document signing. AES is a legally binding electronic signature that meets the requirements of the EU eIDAS regulation.

PEP / CFT & Adverse Media Lists Scan

Organisers may query multiple database sources to verify if a guest is a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or is listed in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) databases. This helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Enterprise users have access to additional deed types and features. See Enterprise Features for more information on:

User roles

Gayadeed provides two main user categories:

Organisers (firm/company side)

• Owner: Owner of the business account, has all permissions, can add / remove other users and manage the company profile

• Admin: Administrator, manages users and configuration

• Staff: Supports organisers in deed management

Guests (external participants)

People external to the organisation invited to participate in and sign a deed. They receive an email invitation and complete the identification and signature process.
