3. Set your password credentials

4. Accept the terms and conditions

5. Complete identity verification (SPID & CIE)

6. Confirm your profile information

7. Access the Dashboard and start

Log In and Initial setup

On first access, the system requires completing some mandatory steps.

Step 1: Accepting terms and conditions

Before using the platform, you must accept the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy.

Step 2: Identity verification

Complete identity verification, if you need to sign, you will have to do

Log in with your level 2 SPID credentials and with your ID card.

For EU countries with agreements, access via eIDAS is also available.

2. Document verification

Upload your health card for record.

Step 3: Profile completion

After identity verification, you will be asked to confirm the entered data to complete your account creation. Verify that all information is correct before proceeding.

NOTE: This phone number will be used for your OTP when you sign, please make sure it is correct.

Dashboard

After the initial setup, you will access the Dashboard, Gayadeed's main page. From here you can:

• View ongoing deeds and closed deeds

• View open dossiers (folders)

• Organisers: Create a new deed or a new dossier

• Organisers: Query the PEP / CFT & Adverse Media Lists
